We need to understand that this is how life is all about, and this is how it goes on. There is no question of complaining to anyone about anything, instead, we need to move on with extreme pain and emptiness. All of us have our own set of goals, and we prefer the following own goals in life. Things become worse when our most beloved person doesn't try to understand this and start complaining about all that which are uncontrollable. So we must admit the course of life and take things how it comes to us, planning the future accordingly.
In such cases, these very sad shayaris stay with us as a memorial of pain.
